    Refund & Returns:
    The refund of products cost after receiving back the medication can only be entertained within 7 days of delivery of products only in-case if the medication is found to be damaged or of short expiry. For the process to be initiated an email must be received within 48 hours on the receipt of medicines. Under no circumstances the medications are returnable barring the above stated reasons

    Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
    To claim a refund or exchange, please contact at info@nirogam.info or (+91)-7307032211 before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, Nirogam will only accept products in their original condition and packaging. After returns are received in full, Nirogam will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.

    Guarantee in delivery
    In case of misplacement of medicines during transportation, the fresh medicines are delivered without any charges to be Borne by the customer.
